Autumn is almost here, so close your eyes and imagine the leaves changing on Mount Nittany and the RV pilgrimage up Rt. 322. Football is nearly here and the school year has begun.

Before we move to the upcoming events, I want to thank everyone who attended and helped out at the Summer Picnic and Student Send-Off. As always, it was a wonderful time. One of our send-off students, Keegan Ness, transferred from Oregon State to Penn State to play soccer and arrived at University Park a few weeks ago. His mother, Maria, emailed to say thank you for welcoming them (even though she is a Wolverine). Thank you to all.

Cheer on the #6-ranked PSU women’s volleyball team at Maples Pavilion @ Stanford. The match begins at 8 pm, and will be preceded by a PSUSF alumni gathering at 6 pm at the Old Pro in Palo Alto (I recommend the “Fry Me a River” appetizer).
